An original brass shoulder title of the Cambridgeshire Regiment, featuring the single word “CAMBRIDGESHIRE” in serifed block capitals.
This title was worn on the service dress uniform by other ranks, typically during the First World War as well as the immediate interwar period, and remained in use until 1920.
Struck in brass, this shoulder title is die-formed with two original copper loops (lugs) to the reverse for sewing or attaching to the epaulette. It was usually worn in pairs, one on each shoulder.
Condition: Very Good – Light service wear and original age patina; both fixing lugs present and firm.
Dimensions: Approx. 58mm x 30mm
