A restrike of the 1st (King’s) Dragoon Guards cap badge, based on the 1915–1937 pattern worn during the late First World War and interwar period. The design features a white metal garter, with a gilding metal centre with the initials “KDG” (King’s Dragoon Guards) in a circlet that reads “Honi Soit Qui Mal y Pense”, surmounted by the Tudor (King’s) Crown

Manufactured in bimetal, this restrike includes slider fixing on the reverse, suitable for modern display, reenactment, or as a representative piece in a collection. This pattern was worn on the service dress cap from around 1915 until 1937
