Description
British 1907 Pattern Bayonet, Dated September 1918 by Sanderson in the WWII pattern scabbard with a round frog stud. Used on the SMLE throughout the First and Second World Wars.
Marked on the ricasso “(Tudor crown) 1907, 9 ’18” on one side, reverse marked with various inspectors marks. The pommel has a double broad arrow which has been crossed out.
Blade length: 431mm
Overall length: 555mm
Condition: Good, the blade has been reground and has some minor chips. The chape is missing a lace.
