Gordon Highlanders brass shoulder title, of the 1922–c.1960s Pattern, worn on the service dress and battledress uniforms of this distinguished Scottish infantry regiment. The Gordon Highlanders served with distinction throughout the interwar years, the Second World War, and into the early Cold War period, before amalgamating into The Highlanders (Seaforth, Gordons and Camerons) in 1994.
The title is of the single-line curved design, bearing the clear raised lettering “GORDONS”, die-stamped in brass with two integral loop fittings to the reverse for attachment to the shoulder strap.
