Royal Artillery sweetheart brooch, mounted on a classic bar pin, dating from the early to mid-20th century. Sweetheart brooches were sentimental gifts given by serving soldiers.
This example features the Royal Artillery cap badge design of the field gun with the motto “Ubique” and “Quo Fas Et Gloria Ducunt” (Where Right and Glory Lead) — delicately detailed in brass and enamel and mounted on a slender bar brooch
