Restrike of the cap badge worn by the 4th and 5th (Territorial Force) Battalions of the Somerset Light Infantry. This pattern was used by the TF battalions before and during the First World War and features the distinctive Somerset Light Infantry bugle and coronet, “PA” (Prince Albert) cypher with the battalion’s identifying “South Africa 1900-01” battle honour above.

The restrike retains the correct design elements of the original early-20th-century badge, including the slim horn profile, neatly tied cords, and the classic Somerset Light Infantry lettering style.
