Pair of original wooden grips for the British 1907 Pattern SMLE bayonet, as used with the Short Magazine Lee-Enfield rifle throughout both World Wars. These grips are original wartime manufacture, ideal for restoring an authentic bayonet or replacing damaged or missing slabs with correct period parts.

The Pattern 1907 bayonet was the standard issue for British and Commonwealth forces from its introduction in the early 20th century until well into WWII. The grips are made from hardwood, typically walnut or beech, with pre-drilled holes for the grip bolts.

Perfect for WWI or WWII bayonet restoration and replacement.

Condition: Very good, unissued but with light storage wear. Fixing holes intact and ready for fitting. Sometimes requires a little fettling to fit satisfactorily.
