Original WWII Soviet RGD-33 Inert Stick Grenade with Fragmentation Sleeve or “Ruchnaya Granata Djakonova obraztsa 33 goda” (Hand Grenade, Dyakonov design, pattern year 1933), designed as a dual-purpose grenade in both an offensive and defensive role, however, proved too complicated and was replaced by the RGD-42 in 1942 however saw use in both the Korean and Vietnam War. A crude design made of stamped steel with a separate diamond pattern fragment sleeve.
Condition: Good, fairly corroded with some chips missing from the sleeve
