Belgian Royal Belgium Artillery Cap Badge

Original Belgian Royal Artillery cap badge, worn by artillery units of the Belgian Army. The Belgian Artillery has a proud history dating back to the early 19th century, serving in both World Wars, during the Cold War, and in NATO operations.

This badge features the Belgian Artillery emblem — crossed cannons above a flaming grenade and scroll that reads “REGIS ULTIMA RATIO” (“the last argument of kings” or “the king’s final argument”), surmounted by the Belgian Royal Crown. Worn on the forage cap or beret with north-south facing eyed lugs on the reverse.
