Post-1953 Royal Pioneer Corps Officer’s Collar Badge, 2nd Type pattern, featuring the Queen’s Crown. Struck in frosted silver-plated base metal with high-quality detail, this badge was worn by officers of the Royal Pioneer Corps from the introduction of the Elizabeth II crown in 1953 until the corps’ amalgamation into the Royal Logistics Corps in 1993. The design incorporates the Royal Pioneer Corps cap badge design surmounted by the Queen’s Crown, with the regimental motto “Labor Omnia Vincit” below. This example retains the original lug fittings on the reverse for the attachment to the uniform collar.
