A small-sized 16mm brass button of the Royal Indian Army Service Corps (RIASC), following the 1935–1947 pattern adopted after the corps received the “Royal” prefix in 1935 and used until Indian independence in 1947.


Description

This button features:

  • The King’s Crown above the traditional RIASC insignia.

  • Central motif displaying George Regis Imperator (GRI) cypher and “Royal Indian Army Service Corps” circlet

  • Crisp detailing despite its small size, typical for tunic or cuff buttons.

  • Maker mark (if present) can vary
