21st (Artists) Special Air Service (SAS) Pouch Badge, Restrike

Bronze restrike pouch badge of the 21st (Artists) Special Air Service Regiment, the Territorial Army element of the SAS with origins tracing back to the Artists Rifles. The badge follows the distinctive 21st (Artists) badge motif, adapted for wear on the leather ammunition pouch rather than on the headdress. The badge is die-struck in bronze with strong relief and well-defined detail, closely copying the original pattern. It is fitted on the reverse with the appropriate fixing loops for attachment to a leather pouch or display backing.
