Original South African Artillery King’s Crown cap badge, 1926–1959 pattern, worn by personnel of the Union Defence Force and later the South African Defence Force during the interwar and Second World War periods.
The badge follows the traditional Royal Artillery design, featuring a detailed field gun above a scroll inscribed “Ubique” (“Everywhere”), surmounted by the King’s Crown and lower motto scroll “South Africa – Suid Afrika”.

- Die-struck brass construction with King’s Crown design
- Reverse fitted with 3 original copper lugs for cap attachment
- Retains fine detailing to the crown, gun, and scrolls
Condition
Very good original condition with light patina and light bulling. Lugs remain firm and intact.
