Queensland QVC Glengarry badge, in gilding-metal original 53mm high 36mm wide with east-west eyed shank fixings. Reference ‘Military Badges of the Australian Colonies 1800-1903’ by Rick Grebert, page 212. Shown as Queensland Mounted rifles, worn before they had a badge with that exact legend. Probably also worn in a Slouch Hat.
