British commercial 3-Band Snider-Enfield Mk. III Rifle by Barnett, London. 1408mm long rifle converted from a Pattern 1853, with trap door breach-block (marked “Snider Patent, 3, BSA Co.”) with locking catch, 3 spring-retained steel barrel bands, brass nose cap and butt plate.
Barrel length: 93.5cm or 36.75″
Condition: Very good, the bore is in good condition with minor pitting. The woodwork has a fair amount of wear.
