British 1821 Pattern Volunteer Artillery Sword, complete in steel scabbard. 810mm curved single-edged, single-fullered blade with double-edged point. Ornate etching on both sides of the blade, one side depicting Queen Victoria’s cypher, on the reverse “Volunteer Artillery”. Steel 3-bar handguard, ray skin wire-bound grips with stepped pommel.
Overall condition: Acceptable, noticeable pitching from the ricasso up to the pommel as well as at the tip of the blade, obscuring any of the markings.
