The badge is struck in white metal and features a thistle in the circlet reading “Nemo Me Impune Lacessit”, surmounted by the King’s Crown on a St. Andrew’s Cross and Garter star backing. This pattern was worn by members of the Territorial Force. The reverse is fitted with a slider.
