5th (Sutherland & Caithness) Battalion, Seaforth Highlanders collar badge from the 1921–1956 pattern. Struck in white metal, the badge features the cat-a-mount and motto “Sans Peur” (or “without fear”) in a circlet. This pattern was worn on service dress and other uniforms during the interwar period and post-Second World War years until the 1956 design change. Reverse retains original east-west eyed lug fittings for collar attachment.
