Blue cloth-covered boards, with gilt embossed lettering to spine and image of authors signature to cover; slight soiling to spine; rubbing to all corners and top and bottom of spine. Ink inscription of name and date inside front cover; light foxing; misfolds to several of the fold-out maps however all are present, complete, and clean, as are all plates. Dust staining to top of the block.
