An original matched pair of anodised aluminium (Staybrite) collar badges for the Army Apprentices School, worn from the 1950s until after the transition to the “Army Apprentices College” in 1966.

Each badge features the emblem of the Army Apprentices School: a cross bearing a torch and crossed swords, surrounded by a cog and surmounted by the Queen’s Crown, denoting post-1953 manufacture, with a . Struck in Staybrite with a bright gold-coloured finish. The reverse of each badge is fitted with an eyed lug for collar attachment.
