French M1874 Gras Bayonet, Mre D’Armes de Tulle, Juin 1882 in non-matching scabbard
French model 1874 ‘Grasse’ rifle bayonet for 11mm bolt action centre-fire rifle. Usual brass pommel with shaped walnut grips, steel cross-guard with swept forward quillon. 571 mm straight ‘T’ back blade, complete in steel scabbard.
Overall Condition good, bayonet itself has been lacquered and would benefit from having the lacquer removed.
