Inert Italian 45mm M35 Brixia Mortar Round Grenade

An original Second World War Italian 45mm M35 Brixia mortar round, rendered completely inert. The M35 Brixia mortar was a light infantry support weapon widely issued to Italian forces during the war, and its ammunition is now highly sought after by ordnance collectors. This example retains its steel body with internal fragmentation ribbing, fuze housing, and finned tail section. The round is complete and correctly disassembled of all explosive content, safe for display purposes.

Condition
Very good. Intact body, fins, and fuze housing. Metal surfaces show some light rust and surface wear consistent with storage and handling. Some of the original paint on the fins remains. Tail fins remain straight and securely fixed. All components are permanently inert, with no live content.
