An original Northumberland Fusiliers shoulder title, struck in brass and worn from approximately 1910 through to 1935. This pattern was introduced during the reign of Edward VII/George V and continued in service into the interwar years. It was worn on the epaulettes of the Service Dress tunic, both during the First World War and into the early years of the interwar British Army, when the regiment received the “Royal” title

Reverse fittings consist of two copper lugs (loops) for secure attachment to the uniform.
