The Omani 45th Glorious National Day Medal is a commemorative military and civilian decoration issued by the Sultanate of Oman in 2015 to mark the 45th anniversary of Oman’s National Day, which celebrates the ascension of Sultan Qaboos bin Said al Said to power in 1970. This medal is one of a series of such honours given to recognize national milestones and to reward distinguished service.
