Original German Third Reich Kriegsmarine U-Boat Combat Badge made by Funke & Brüninghaus, marked “L/56” behind the steel coffin pin on the reverse. Originally gold-coloured however the zinc has absorbed this plating.
Condition: Good, the pin and the catch are slightly distorted. It most likely has been in the ground at some point
