Royal Air Force (RAF) King’s Crown cap badge, worn from the early 1920s until the accession of Queen Elizabeth II in 1953. This classic design features the RAF monogram in bold lettering, surrounded by a detailed laurel wreath and surmounted by the King’s (Tudor) Crown.

This badge represents the long interwar and Second World War service period of the RAF, when it established its reputation as a dominant air arm. Worn by airmen and ground crew on service dress caps.
