Cap badge of the Royal Scots Greys (2nd Dragoons), who served with distinction from the late 17th century until they were amalgamated into the Royal Scots Dragoon Guards in 1971.
This anodised aluminium (staybrite) badge features the Imperial Eagle in a silver-coloured metal with the battle honour “Waterloo” below, and the scroll “Royal Scots Greys” in gold-coloured aluminium below.
