Union of South Africa Prison Service (PS) shoulder title, original example of South African correctional service insignia associated with the South African Prison Service during the period of the Union of South Africa.

The shoulder title consists of the initials “PS” in white metal, designed for wear on the shoulder straps of service uniforms by members of the South African Prison Service.
