US M5 Bayonet by Imperial in M8A1 Scabbard, designed for the M1 Carbine. Single-edge parkerised blade with a false edge, plastic chequered grips, held in place by two bolts, steel pommel and slot to fit onto the bayonet fitting on the rifle.
Marked on the cross guard “US M4, CONETTA” (which had a contract spanning from 1966 to 1969)
Overall condition: Excellent, almost mint.
