Born on the 2nd of April 1890 in Lincoln, Lincolnshire to Anna Louisa and George Puckrin Harrison, baptised the 3rd of May 1893 in the Bradford cathedral. He married Clara Annie Rhodes in 1914.

He served in the Coldstream Guards post-1915 until being discharged on the 20th of February 1919. He resumed living in Bradford, Yorkshire, as a letterpress machine man. He died in 1979 in Bradford.
