Royal Engineers sweetheart brooch, crafted in solid silver with enamel detail, suspended from a matching silver and enamel bow. Sweetheart brooches like this were cherished keepsakes, gifted by soldiers to wives, mothers, or sweethearts, especially popular during the First and Second World Wars.

This lovely example features the classic Royal Engineers badge — the crowned Garter Belt bearing the royal cypher “GRVI” (George VI) in the centre with the Royal Engineers scroll below, all rendered in coloured enamel.
