French (I believe) Naval 37mm 1pdr Inert Round with “FA” in a reef with “1917” below. Marked on the nose cap with an anchor as well as “L137, 17”. Base marked “37-85” and “P.D.P.s 7, 2.16., (stylised L in a circle)” and a flaming grenade.
