A British Royal Artillery Officer’s sword, based on the 1822 Pattern Cavalry Sword, complete with nickel-plate scabbard. This regulation pattern sword features a decoratively etched, single-edged steel blade, bearing the Royal Artillery motto and Queen’s Royal Cypher (ERII). The blade is paired with a pierced steel Gothic-style guard and a sharkskin grip bound with metal wire. This particular example is ideal for collectors of modern British officer swords, Royal Artillery memorabilia, or as a display piece.
