A scarce and historically significant full-size Bahawalpur Victory Star Medal, issued by the Princely State of Bahawalpur to commemorate its contribution to the Allied victory in World War II (1939–1945). This medal was awarded to military personnel from Bahawalpur who served during the Second World War, often in conjunction with British and Commonwealth forces.
The obverse typically features a five-pointed star design with the crescent moon and star in a wreath, while the reverse is blank.
As a non-British Indian princely state issue, the Bahawalpur Victory Star stands apart from standard British WWII medals.
