UK ONLY – CANNOT BE SHIPPED ABROAD
An original United States .50 calibre (12.7×99mm) ball cartridge from the Second World War, manufactured at the Lake City Ordnance Plant and date-stamped 1943. Supplied as an inert display specimen — all primer, propellant and any live components have been removed or rendered safe. A WWII period example appropriate for collectors, museums and display use.
Condition
Good, complete with its projectile and primer without drill holes in the casing. The headstamp clearly indicates Lake City manufacture and the 1943 date. The projectile is seated, but the profile seems distorted. Primer pocket rendered safe (no live primer). No splits, major dents or corrosion that would affect safe display. Supplied without any live ammunition, packaging, or propellant.
