Royal Marines Bronze Button (17mm), Queen’s Crown
This is a small bronze uniform button of the Royal Marines, produced in the post-1953 pattern featuring the Queen’s Crown. Such bronze-finished buttons were typically used on officers’ service dress, mess dress, and certain walking-out garments during the reign of Queen Elizabeth II, offering a subdued yet high-quality finish distinct from anodised examples.
The button carries the classic Royal Marines emblem of the fouled anchor and crown. The reverse is fitted with a fixed shank for secure stitching to uniform fabric.
Diameter
17mm
Condition
Good, with clear detail and a lightly worn bronze tone. The shank remains firm and intact.
NOTE:
Reverse may vary
