British 3-Band Enfield Percussion Rifle, marked “Tower, 1864” on the lockplate. 1380mm long rifle, 3 screw-fastened steel barrel bands, brass nose cap and butt plate (the latter marked “ExV, 15th, No. 75”). Stock marked “J. Hallam” on the opposing side of the lock plate. Marked with a double broad-arrow (sold out of service) however the rest of the text is illedgible.

Barrel length: 99cm or 39″

Condition: Very good, the bore is in good condition with minor pitting and some evidence of minor pitting on the lockplate and exterior of the base of the barrel. The woodwork has a little wear and a deep dent on the left-hand side which has caused a minor split.
