12th Royal Lancers (Prince of Wales’s) uniform button featuring the King’s Crown, the pattern worn during the reigns of Edward VII, George V, and George VI. This British Army cavalry regiment button displays the recognised 12th Royal Lancers insignia in clear relief, incorporating the crowned crossed lances and scalloped edge motif.

12th Royal Lancers buttons of this pattern were intended for wear on tunics and service dress uniforms and are collected as examples of British Army cavalry militaria, King’s Crown insignia, and historic regimental uniform components. Manufactured in brass, the reverse is fitted with a traditional shank fitting for secure attachment.
