Manufactured from durable Cordura nylon in two-tone Desert DPM camouflage, this medical pouch was designed to carry essential first aid and medical supplies as part of the British Army’s Personal Load Carrying Equipment (PLCE) system. Compact yet practical, it provided rapid access to dressings, field medical items, and other emergency equipment, allowing soldiers and combat medics to treat casualties quickly in operational environments.

The pouch was compatible with the British Army’s PLCE webbing system and could be securely attached to belts, yokes, bergen side pockets, or other load-carrying equipment using the standard attachment fittings. Its rugged construction and secure closure ensured that medical contents remained protected from dirt, dust, and harsh environmental conditions while remaining readily accessible in the field.

Desert DPM equipment was introduced during the early 1990s for operations in arid and desert environments.
