General Service Medal (GSM) with “PALESTINE” clasp, originally awarded to British service personnel for operations in Palestine between 19 April 1936 and 3 September 1939. This medal recognised participation in internal security and counter-insurgency operations conducted during the Arab Revolt under the British Mandate.
The replacement medal replicates the original design, featuring the crowned effigy of King George VI on the obverse and the standing figure of Victory bestowing a wreath upon the emblems of the Army (the sword) and the RAF (the wings). The medal is correctly fitted with the green and purple ribbon and the “Palestine 1945–48” clasp riveted with a long rod.
A high-quality full-size replacement copy die-struck with a silver plate finish on base metal.
