Imperial German M1845 Faschinenmesser Short Sword in a dark brown leather, brass mounted scabbard. 480mm single-edged blade with imperial marking on the ricasso. Unit markings for the 100th Regiment, 1st Company.
Condition: Acceptable. The throat of the scabbard is missing, chunks of the exterior leather has flaked off, some bad rust damage to the blade, chape is split on one side.
