An original brass shoulder title of the King’s Regiment, featuring the single word “KING’S” in serifed block capitals.
This title was worn on the service dress uniform by other ranks, typically during the First World War and interwar period, and remained in use until the regiment’s amalgamation in 1958. The title refers to the King’s Regiment (Liverpool), one of the British Army’s oldest line infantry regiments, with distinguished service in both World Wars, colonial campaigns, and across the Empire.

Struck in brass, this shoulder title is die-formed with two original copper loops (lugs) to the reverse for sewing or attaching to the epaulette. Variants exist, but this example is consistent with WWI and interwar manufacture. It was usually worn in pairs, one on each shoulder.

Condition: Very Good – Light service wear and original age patina; both fixing lugs present and firm.
Dimensions: Approx. 49mm x 21mm
