Pakistan Resolution Day Golden Jubilee Medal 1990

Pakistan Resolution Day Golden Jubilee Medal, issued in 1990 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Lahore Resolution of 23 March 1940. The Lahore Resolution, passed by the All-India Muslim League, called for independent states for Muslims in British India, laying the foundation for the creation of Pakistan in 1947.

This commemorative medal was awarded to mark the Golden Jubilee (50th anniversary) of this historic milestone. It features the Minar-e-Pakistan monument in Lahore, where the resolution was passed, and an inscription in Urdu. The medal is suspended from a green, red and gold ribbon.
