British War Medal (1914-20), Sergeant Edwin Ernest Burt, 4th Battalion Worcestershire Regiment,
Born in January 1881 in Wandsworth, Surrey, originally enlisting into the Worcestershire Regiment in 1901, married to Nellie Harriett Burt in April the 7th, 1912 and killed in action at Ploegsteert Wood on the 2nd of September 1918. Currently buried at the Trois Arbres Cemetery, Steenwerck.
