We stock original and reproduction British bayonets from the Brown Bess socket bayonet through to the SA80 bayonet. Popular models include the Pattern 1907 SMLE bayonet, No. 4 Mk II spike bayonet, No. 5 Jungle Carbine bayonet, and No. 9 bayonet, plus scabbards and spare parts.

Do I need a licence to buy a bayonet in the UK?

Antique bayonets (manufactured before 1954) are generally exempt from UK knife legislation when purchased as collectibles. Modern bayonets may be subject to restrictions. All our bayonets are sold as historical collectibles and we comply with current UK legislation on edged weapons.

How should I care for a bayonet collection?

Store bayonets in a dry environment with stable humidity. Apply a light coat of museum-grade conservation oil to prevent rust. Avoid abrasive cleaning which destroys patina and reduces collector value. Leather scabbards benefit from occasional conditioning with archival leather dressing.
