Queen’s Own Royal West Kent Yeomanry brass button, 1901–1920 Pattern, a 26mm British Yeomanry uniform button associated with the Queen’s Own Royal West Kent Yeomanry during the early twentieth century. The pattern dates from the reign of King Edward VII and the early years of King George V, covering the period before and during the First World War.
The Queen’s Own Royal West Kent Yeomanry formed part of Britain’s volunteer mounted forces and maintained a strong connection with Kent’s military traditions.
